Management of Contracts with the Government

During the selection process:

Analysis and review of the selection procedure requirements, response to questions and observations, preparation of challenges and corrective action to observations. Legal assistance for the preparation of proposals and attendance at public events for the opening of envelopes and award of the contract.

During the execution of the Contract:

Legal management of the contract through the application of problem-solving methods to avoid claims for increased costs, higher overheads, increased quantities of materials, work disruptions, time extensions and additional work (preparation of files), handover of completed works, rectification of legal observations etc.

When disputes arise:

Preparation of the case, formulation of the legal strategy, design of the claim, attendance at hearings. The services related to this stage are described under the heading DISPUTES below.
