Mediation

Our firm identifies those cases in which it is possible and efficient to obtain a consensual result before resorting to litigation. To this end, our services include the analysis of contract documents and the design of mediation procedures.

Dispute Boards

NPG has accumulated great knowledge, practice and experience in the use of dispute boards or dispute resolution boards as an efficient means of controlling disputes in the international construction industry.

Our firm provides advice geared towards the full understanding of this conflict management mechanism through training, preparation of tripartite contracts between the parties and the members of the dispute board, drafting of dispute board model clauses etc. Our lawyers have assisted in the selection of this mechanism, its implementation and application in infrastructure projects which have been employing the mechanism, for both private companies and state entities.

Our team offers personalized and dedicated attention to each case throughout the arbitration process. In addition, our specialized knowledge allows us to deal effectively and to a high standard with the complex disputes which characterize the construction industry.
