Communication in crisis in the construction sector

The construction sector is subject to the occurrence of situations that may affect the stability of the organizations involved in it, known as crisis situations (for example, accidents, unintended impacts on the environment, etc.).

These situations can affect the work environment (increase of uncertainty and, therefore, reduction of productivity), as well as the image, credibility and confidence of the organization towards clients, allies and public opinion in general.
