Former Supreme Member of the Provisional Constitutional and Social Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Peru from 2001 to 2009. Served from 1982 to 2001 as Senior Member (Labor), and President of the Work and Labor Associations Section. Former President of the Peruvian Labor and Social Security Law Society. Former Head of the Legal Department of the Maritime Labor Controlling Commission and Former Deputy Chief of the Lima Chamber of Commerce Legal Department.
Guest speaker at various events, lectures and seminars related to labor law both in Peru and abroad.
