Engineering and Supervision Contracts
NPG has gained vast experience and knowledge in the restructuring of engineering contracts from the perspective of the contracting party and that of the developer of the engineering, paying special attention to the risks and responsibilities for design. NPG knows that the responsibilities for the development of the conceptual, basic and detailed engineering are, in each of the three cases, different.
NPG also helps in the structuring of supervision contracts to control the works (inspection and checking work carried out by third parties) in order to check and ensure fulfillment of time, quality and cost requirements.
