NPG provides legal advice on all kinds of corporate matters, including the incorporation of companies (preparation of articles of association and special social pact), the review and analysis of powers granted abroad, the chain of legal procedures and accreditation of powers for a variety of company activities.

Our specialized knowledge enables us to focus on corporate consulting with particular emphasis on matters related to Engineering and Construction, infrastructure projects and concessions. With a thorough understanding of these activities we can make specific proposals to establish efficient procedures and generate positive results for the company.

We advise on consortium contracts, joint ventures and representation, among other things. Included in this is advice on the organization of all kinds of shareholder and board meetings (transformation, mergers, splitting up of companies, increasing and decreasing of share capital etc.). We also deal with notary and registration matters regarding company law.
