NPG present in the ICP Working Weekend 2015 – International Bar Association

As every year, the International Construction Projects Committee (ICP) of the International Bar Association (IBA) will hold its Working Weekend during the 15 to 17 of May at the Hotel Grand Riviera Maya in Mexico

The committee is one of the leading institutions worldwide and brings together leading professionals in the following areas of law: Infrastructure, Energy, Natural Resources and Environment. The ICP aims to be a prelude to the IBA Annual Conference this year that will take place in Vienna during 4 to 9 October.

Program:

The meeting will begin on Friday, May 15 at 7:00 pm with an informative dinner and during the following days will address these topics:

  1. Design Build: Dream Project or Never Ending Nightmare? – Jarleth Heneghan
  2. Design and Construction Defects: 50 Shades of Liability – Roberto Hernández
  3. Variations: Is the lump sum concept the same as all-inclusive at The Grand Velas? – Aarta Alkarimi
