Graduated with distinction from the Law Faculty of the Universidad San Martín de Porres, Lima, in 1994. Master’s degree in Company Law from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2003.
Specialist in construction law, public procurement and alternative dispute resolution. Also deals with claims and represents clients from the engineering and construction industry in court and arbitration proceedings. Leader of the dispute team.
Guest speaker at conferences on the handling of construction disputes, dispute boards, arbitration in construction and public works for various state agencies and international organizations.
Founder and current President of the Society of Construction Law – Peru and the Latin American Association of Construction Law – Coordinator of the Good practices.
