Government spends more than double in infrastructure than 10 years ago.

The minister of Economics and Finances, Alonso Segura, stated that currently the government is executing public investment in infrastructure near to 6%, more than double from 10 years ago.
“The public investment in Peru has been too low for many years, but since the previous government it has been increasing consistently, passing the 2.5% to the 6% that we currently execute”, appointed Segura.
He also stated that public expense in infrastructure is higher is you take into consideration the permanent payment being send into the Public – Private Association (PPA) executed.
